Join us for our first Meeting of 2026, we have an exciting line up of developers for a wide ranging discussion about development. We have invited four developers of different sizes and interests in the corridor. Each developer has their own business approach and project focus that will give Baum Centre stakeholders a better understanding of the development process as it applies to the Baum Centre Corridor. Discussion will cover their development philosophies, build their teams, select sites, gage feasibility, and importantly approach compatible design in dense urban neighborhoods.
